IPDG3 reserves the right, to update, add or delete any part of these terms and conditions, at our discretion. In the event we make deletions, additions or updates to the terms and conditions we will post the date of last update here. Please be sure to check back for updates as Terms and Conditions may change.

Adding Source Code Guidelines
Users uploading source code agree to allow other users to download it from this site and use it however they want freely without restrictions. By uploading source code to this site the user must be the owner of the source code or have the permission to redistribute it freely. In other words do not upload source code that is copyright, or trademarked by someone else. IPDG3 takes no liability for disputes regarding ownership of source code uploaded on IPDG3. If you have any questions please feel free to send us
feedback. We also do not want pirated software, cracks, hacks, etc. Our goal is to help other developers get the most out of this site, so do not be the one to ruin it for everyone else.

You retain ownership of any copyrights of any of your Source Code and Source Code Contest submissions. However, by uploading source code, you grant IPDG3 a nonexclusive, license to reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted source code. IPDG3 exercises its right to distribute your source code on a CD-Rom or any other channel we choose. If you do not wish your source code to be ditributed on a CD-Rom or through any other means then please do not submit it.





Add a link Guidelines
When submit your link please submit the main page of your site and select one of the categories that you think best fits your site's content. DO NOT submit the same site in two different categories multiple submissions will be deleted. Please use common sense in adding a link. We do not want any site containing offensive or illegal topics, pirated software, pornography and/or racially discriminating content they will be immediately removed from the our links.

Our goal is to build a link page to help people find the resources they need to aid them in their goals, interest, projects and etc.

Please refrain from link descriptions like "The best site in the world" or "Check This Out". Something like below description would be good.

Programming knowledgebase with source code, forums, tips, tricks, tutorials, and faq as well as consulting available.

  • All Source Code Contest results are final and can not be disputed.
  • By submitting source code to IPDG3 Source code Contest you grant IPDG3 a nonexclusive, license to reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted the submitted Contest Source Code.
  • Any and or All entries for IPDG3 Source Code Contest may be posted on IPDG3 with out consent of the programmer.
  • Programmer may also post their source code elsewhere at anytime.
  • Any revenue that a submission may generate are owned by IPDG3.

Registration
If you upload source code or add tutorials to our site we have a section called "About Author" which displays your Nickname, URL and Bio you specify during registration. What this page does is allows people to view all the source code and tutorials you have submitted. Private info about you is NEVER given out under any circumstance. If you do not want to supply a URL or Bio info for people to see edit your user info and put in N/A for both or leave blank. Your URL and Bio are completely optional. The NickName you specify will also be your Author name on Source code and Tutorial submissions.

IPDG3 exercises the right to distribute your Source code, Tutorials, Links, Stories, and other resources info you submit to the site in any programs we write to help Developers and Programmers find the resources they need. This will not include any info that users browsing your site submissions can not view. In particular all personal info you give is NEVER given out at any time under any circumstance.

HTML Tag Guidelines not Allowed in Submissions
Due to the conflicts between our code and user submitted code we will not be allowing HTML tags at this time in submissions. We have all submission stripped of HTML tags. In the near future we hope to add HTML Tags to our submissions.

The stories posted on this site are for recreational reading. All submitted stories are reviewed before they are posted. DO NOT submit stories with offensive or illegal topics, pornography and/or racially discriminating content they will be immediately denied. Please use common sense in submitting stories.



Privacy Policy
IPDG3 users privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to IPDG3 Inc.

Browsing without registering
No personal data like names, address, phone numbers and email address will be acquired by people visiting IPDG3 to browse our content. We do collect data such as browser type, IP address, ect. For a better representation of what data we are collecting take a look at our sample. This is done by almost every website in their log files, which in turn is used for marketing and advertising purposes. This also gives us an idea of what parts of the site get used, what parts do not and which areas to improve.

Browsing after Registering
IPDG3 has certain areas on the site that you need to be a registered user to access. To register you need only supply us with two things: your Email Address and NickName. We need your email address to email you your password after registration and to give you a unique presence on our site. When you upload files, adding links and other options on IPDG3, your unique email address allows you to modify your myIPDG3 account, link info and file info you have added to the site. We protect our registered users from Spam mail. IPDG3 does not sell or loan this information to external companies, list serves or websites. Email addresses serve to verify the user's true identity and prevent misuse of IPDG3 site.

Use of Cookies on IPDG3
Cookies are a way for the server to store info about users, on the users machine so you can access member areas. Cookies are also used to maintain your personal settings on our site. Without cookies enabled our server does not know you and will therefore not work or give you access to some pages. All cookies created on IPDG3's website are set to be deleted once you close all instances of your Internet browser.
